Tree Spirits can be powerful allies and formidable foes. Driads are far older than the human spirits that think they rule this planet. They are very wise in the knowledge of all things and humans would do well to heed their words. Most humans unfortunately are not able to hear their wisdom or too stupid to understand the important things. Unable to communicate with the human species the driads have become weary of their antics. Most have become unfriendly towards mankind as the rift becomes wider between the human and the goddess that gives them life. The old ways have been forgotten and the voice of the wild is seldom heard above the din of machine and motor vehicle.
Listen now to the words of the wise, take heed to the call of the wild ones. In the darkness of the grove springs light. The ancient forest still calls from every nook where the old ones hide. Untold misteries await the one who hears the wisper in the wind.
